We are Vanguard Therapy, a family-owned mental health practice that is looking to expand and bring on board clinicians who will enjoy working in a family-oriented private practice that has a warm atmosphere.
As we continue to grow our practice, we are looking for licensed mental health professionals in the state of Virginia to join our team/family.
***Please note non-licensed resident therapists are welcome to apply**
We are located in Fairfax, VA, and are seeking to hire part-time non-licensed mental health professionals.
Ideal candidates should be interested in joining an autonomous and rewarding work environment that offers support. Work hours are flexible.
Benefits- You are hired as an employee of the practice and not as an independent contractor allowing you to spend more time with clients and less time on administrative tasks and billing.

Pay is hourly (commensurate upon experience) – ***(practice handles marketing/advertising, referrals of patients, administrative tasks, and billing).
Hourly Pay- $25.00-$35.00 commensurate upon experience.
